Abraham Moss is a school which achieves strong levels of progress within both the Primary and Secondary Phases at Key Stage 3 & 4. In 2017 and 2018 our Progress 8 score in Secondary was well above the national average and we were placed in the top 5% of schools nationally. In 2018 the Primary Phase was identified as being in the top 3% of schools in England for progress from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.
We are as committed to staff well-being as to pupil wellbeing. From September 2019 full time staff will work four and half days a week, but paid for 5 days, the secondary phase will close at 12.30 every Friday for all staff and pupils.
We place a great focus on staff development, at all levels with an extensive programme of professional development which offers a whole range of opportunities for colleagues' development.
