Green End Primary School Reading Teaching Assistant - Level 1, Grade 2

Job details

The successful candidate will be joining a team of Reading Teaching Assistants and will have experience of working with children to support their learning. Candidates will need excellent literacy skills and an assessment of these will form part of the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience of working with children, supporting learning, in a school setting. They will also be highly motivated, dynamic, have strong teamwork skills and a 'can do' approach to their work. They will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual and will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

TA level 1 Grade 2 - Term Time only - 10 hours per week. This can either be 9.30am until 11.30am or 1.15pm until 3.15pm, Monday to Friday.£17,364 pro rata, TTO 10 hours per week equates to apx £4,253 per annum. This is a temporary, 1 year contract.
