We are seeking to appoint teachers for students aged 4-19 years, who have a range of special educational needs. These positions are Permanent, Full Time.

We are looking for classroom practitioners who have the ability to share their practice, work with a positive and optimistic outlook and drive forward improvements. Collaboration is a strength of the school, and we wish to recruit team players who will work well with school leaders, teachers and teaching assistants to develop the highest standard of pedagogy within the classroom.

The successful candidates will:

  • have experience of teaching pupils with special educational needs and disabilities,
  • have a proven track record of outstanding teaching with evidence of impact,
  • have the skills to lead a team in the classroom,
  • have the ability to think critically, creatively and be decisive,
  • be enthusiastic, evaluative, reflective and inspirational, with the ability to motivate others to take on new challenges that will enhance the learning opportunities that we offer
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have an interest in teaching a range of subjects as the timetable requires
  • be able to contribute fully to the life of the school
