The key objectives of this role are to work in collaboration with teaching colleagues, support workers and multi-agency partners to deliver appropriate schemes of work / individual programmes to support the identified needs of students who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with / caring for children of a relevant age and experience of working with children with additional needs.
