The successful candidate will support children individually and in small groups, inside and outside, supporting learning, social and pastoral development. This role includes breakfast club and lunchtime supervision.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential and successful completion of tests in these areas is part of the interview process. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential.
Level 2, Grade 3, £18,426, pro rata, term time only - 28.75 hours a week equates to apx £12,840
Hours of work:
3 days at 8.30am until 1pm
1 day at 8.30am until 1pm, then 1.30pm until 4.45pm (Wednesday)
1 day at 8.30am until 1pm, then 1.30pm until 4.30pm
First Stage Assessment: 16 Dec
Second Stage Assessment/Interview: 19 Dec
