The role will be working as a Teaching Assistant in a Key Stage 1 (KS1) class.

The successful person will join our KS1 as a Teaching Assistant and will have high expectations for drawing out the very best from our children. They will have successful Teaching Assistant experience, strong literacy and numeracy ability (a minimum Level 3 qualification), and the ability to support and help develop a vision for outstanding education which promotes spiritual, moral and cultural development.
Flexibility will be key for the successful person. Although the role is based in KS1 teaching assistants at St James' are required and must be prepared to work with any age group in our school (3 to 11 years).
