The suitable candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Dining Room through the effective deployment and supervision of the Dining Room team, monitoring and inspecting the setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the dining area and taking action to correct any issues.
You will act as a role model and lead by example, modelling all expected behaviours and skills and ensuring all staff under your supervision adhere to all regulations and policies. You will give clear direction and provide support to the team to ensure routine procedures and high standards are maintained at all times during meal times.
The salary for this post is Grade 3 (£18,426 - £19,171 pro rata)
15 Hours per week (11:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday), Term time only.
An enhanced DBS check is required for the successful candidate.
