The Pastoral team support our more vulnerable pupils and focus on improving the behaviour, attendance and punctuality of pupils.
We are looking for an applicant who has experience of working with more vulnerable pupils and helping support pupils to overcome barriers to learning using relevant interventions. You will be working under the direction of a Head of Year and the Assistant Headteacher for Pupil Leadership in promoting and improving behaviour, attitudes to learning and attendance.
We are as committed to staff well-being as to pupil well-being, full time staff work four and half days a week but are paid for 5 days, with the secondary phase closing at 12.30 every Friday for all staff and pupils.
We place a great focus on staff development, at all levels with an extensive programme of professional development which offers a whole range of opportunities for colleagues' development.
