St Wilfrid's requires a part time class based Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic staff team. The position is initially temporary on a termly basis dependent on funding.
The role would be supporting the class teachers in meeting the needs of the children and ensuring that the children make good progress throughout the year. This would involve support in all curriculum areas but particularly social and emotional development, numeracy and literacy.
St Wilfrid's CE Primary School, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, has strong collaborative links with local primary schools.
We work in partnership with Didsbury CE and West Didsbury CE as a member of the St James and Emmanuel Academy Trust.

Parents actively support their children and we have a committed and supportive Governing Body. We also benefit from a large site, with spacious accommodation and excellent facilities for outdoor learning.
