The Primary Phase is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional School Office Administrator to work in a busy school office. The scope of the job is wide-ranging and includes supporting teachers and pupils as well as a variety of administrative duties and day-to-day tasks.

Applicants should be committed to raising the aspirations and achievements of all our children and families and be committed to their own professional development.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and you must be capable of using your initiative to create, set up and maintain systems to aid the smooth running of the office.

You will need excellent personal skills at all levels to deliver an effective and efficient customer service.

The successful applicants will benefit from working in a school with a positive, caring, ethos where team work is important and a well-established and supportive staff development and training programme is available.

Abraham Moss is a very interesting all-through school located in and alongside the Abraham Moss Centre. It attracts a committed and stimulating intake of pupils from a socially and culturally diverse area.

There is a superb range of highly motivated teaching and associate staff, all committed to high levels of achievement and participation in learning. Development of language across the school is key.

We are as committed to staff well-being as to pupil wellbeing. Full time staff work four and half days a week, but are paid for 5 days, the primary phase closes at 12:30 every Friday for all staff and pupils.
