The successful candidate will provide excellent leadership and management to embed the vision and values of the Trust. We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of excellent leadership skills, an absolute commitment to inclusive education and a passion for making a difference to children's lives. In addition to those professional responsibilities which are common to all classroom teachers in the school, the post holder's key responsibilities will be:
- To provide excellent leadership and management to embed the vision and values of the Trust and to secure the highest possible outcomes for students across the school
- To take full responsibility for the school in the absence of the Headteacher
- To take full responsibility for leading and managing significant aspects of the school under the overall direction of the Headteacher.

If you have lived or worked outside of the UK in the last 5 years, the Trust will also require additional information in order to comply with safer recruitment requirements.
